Here in the southern USA, though, we are forced to co-exist with the dreaded palmetto bug, which for those of you who don't know, is nothing more than a big ol' roach that can sometimes fly. :shudder: I hate those with a passion. They can't hurt you, but they sure can make you hurt yourself!

How exciting to read all about your creepy crawlies. Brrrrr.......I think in the North of the Netherlands lives a eeny teeny litte adder-snake that is just a tiny bit poisonous. That's the only venomous animal in our whole country. Thank heaven.

Perhaps one get's used to that kind of wildlife? brrrr. You're all very courageous people there over the big sea.
