I'm really surprised, the U.S. site used to always have cheaper books than amazon.ca. Has anyone else found this, or is it just a fluke that the books I wanted are cheaper for Canadians? They aren't books written by Canadian authors, or published by Canadian publishing houses.
I never looked at the Canadian Amazon site, but $100 for a book at Amazon.com sounds strange. Could it be a book that is hard to find, maybe out of print, and the price you are seeing is not from Amazon but from a marketplace vendor that is pricing according to rarity? And maybe Amazon Canada would have a few still in inventory at the original price? Still, it sounds strange.
