in my format of choice are on my SD card. So far: 1G of 4G used (1200+ EPUB).
My PEz (Lbook FW) keeps the list-place of the last 8 books read (but the List does not re-order itself for last read if you read from more than 1 on the list

FIFO ).
The original Astak FW would keep 32 books in the list, but did not have the file management feature that Lbook has.
Note: Even though the book may not be on the "Recent" list, many seem to know where they were
abandoned, as long as you do not change the file name (Unknown:how long this list is).
