Did he really have to call Amazon's customer service in the US (he's in Denmark)?
If so, that's far from "ruling" (even if it only has been 6 minutes), considering it's an international unit and legally purchased from Denmark.
Else I agree: Amazon (and Apple, btw) does have great customer support!
