Fellow Americans, we are being governed by this guy. We voted for him. We elected him. Obviously, we forgot to educate him. This important elected official can't even form a coherent sentence much less a cogent argument.
The following is about the island of Guam, an important US military location with Army, Navy, and Marine bases on a tiny island. Guam itself is so small you can drive completely around it in less than three hours and across it's middle in 20 minutes. Geographically, it's a plateau of a giant undersea mountain, with it's top sticking out of the ocean. It is not a floating pie plate...
