I have seen very few trolls on the board. What I have seen is people who come here very angry about something and seem to forget that they are coming into a community. People here respond in very helpful ways when the general tone of the message and the subject line is toned down a bit. When the most prominent part of the post is the anger, people focus more on that then they do on the actual issue at hand.
