I like 'eBook' over 'ebook'. My reasoning is that 'eBook' emphasizes 'book' over the 'electronic', while with 'ebook' both 'electronic' and 'book' have similar emphasis. One part of the new word describes the media, the other part describes the function. To me, the function should outweigh the media in most situations.
