You are mistaken.
Sony's PDF support is way better than any other 5" or 6".
Well, larger screens are generelly better for PDFs but currently only Kindle DXG is available. Pocketbook 903 still isn't shipped and delivery has been postponed again. While Kindle DXG is 9.7" it lacks many of your requirements.
