I have had mine now a few weeks. I got it on the first Friday they came out. I like it a lot, I use it every day, but I do have some criticisms. The criticisms do not outweigh the nice features of this reader.

1. It is not easy to read pdf files. Maybe it is just me, but you can't just turn the page in a pdf file. Instead, it has to load each page and it takes too long.

2. The web browser is hard to navigate. It is way too easy to hit the wrong little button and end up where you did not want to go. This use to be my complaint about cell phones buy my Droid was a huge improvement on that. It is not easy to pinch the screen size and I am just as likely to hit the wrong button doing this too.

3. I have been surprised at how many books are not available electronically. It is fine for latest publications, but I have a huge collection of gardening and cook books that I can't get for the Nook.

4. 2 week lending period is not enough, I should be able to give my books away. As long as there is just one copy, it should be mine to do what I want with it. Make it un copyable.

5. Some screens do not have a back button. This is an annoyance and you have to go back to the start screen
