Txtr for iPhone and Android will read DRM'd epub and PDF. I couldn't get it to work with sideloaded DRM'd books; had to upload the books to TXTR's website and then download into the app.

BlueFire on iPhone reads DRM'd books, including NookBooks, but no Android app yet.

The next version of Aldiko is supposed to support DRM'd epubs.

Otherwise, you'd have to strip the DRM to read on the Android.

ETA: "I couldn't get it to work with sideloaded DRM'd books" - What I meant by this was I tried adding the DRM'd books to the txtr folder on my Android phone but the app did not recognize the books. So I signed up for a txtr acct, uploaded the DRM'd books to my txtr acct, then downloaded the books into the txtr apps on my iPod and Android phone. It's not a pretty app, but the page numbering is the same as on the Sony reader, which makes it easy to switch between the mobile device and Sony Reader.
