I think I need an article that reviews the state of Android, I thought it was pretty advanced. Although I only need it for reading and minor web surfing I'll probably enjoy programing it.

I'm going to have to find a way to sample the new PB devices as well as possibly other tablets, unfortunately there is no local PB store in my area. I wish they'd release already the new firmware.
Reading whose website? The IQ does just fine for color PDFs. I would not agree that the IQ's sturdiness is questionable. To me it's very solid and sturdy.

Android is becoming very fragmented, unlike iOS and webOS. So there's lots of different versions of Android in use out there. Thus app makers sometimes make several versions of their apps just to get access to the whole Android market, specifically version 1.6, 2.0., 2.1, and now 2.2. I'm a big-time webOS user and enthusiast. Becoming a user of Android has been a slow process and I'm still learning everyday, because from a webOS standpoint some things in Android just don't make any sense at all. But so far I have been able to install apps and use them, which is all I really need anyway. I do plenty of reading and surfing with no difficulty at all.

No kidding, you and all of us who own an IQ would love to have the new firmware.
