As far as going with the flow goes, fact is, you are less dagerous when going at the same speed that the other. Would be kind of a shame to get to car hit because you're following speed limit.
And you might just not realize you're off limit, of everyone else is.
Trouble with laws / rules, is that that can't cover every special cases. Sometimes breaking them is safer / better. Just up to us to remember to be responsible.
