Yeah. Life was sounding like that annoying Maxwell House commercial where they make every sound of making coffee amplified and "sensualized." The sounds aren't that annoying, but come on... It's Maxwell House, fer cryin' out loud! No one gets aroused by drinking that sort of domestic swill.

Eventually, I got used tot he roar and was able to walk on a street with lots of traffic without hitting the mute button.
