Two months since sending it off (damaged screen), paid Eur275 on October 19th, still waiting.
Apparently, they are waiting for a part.
Communication is bad;
- they should have told me when they invoiced me for the work that the parts weren't in stock, and they didn't have a delivery date
- I have to ask them for updates, there is no unprompted communication from their side
- they also didn't respond to my last email requesting an update; instead, I had to phone them
I'm not ready to criticise them for the lack of parts - the person I spoke to tells me that they are waiting for iRex to deliver them, and haven't been given a date themselves.
