It seems that most people (in Canada) have found the CS (customer service) for Kobos at the Chapters stores to be very good. I guess since Chapters owns a large chunk of Kobo they are more interested in it.
I have several different readers, and I find the Kobo quite satisfying for most day-to-day reading, although I do like the ergonomics of my BeBook somewhat more.
