When using the stand alone scripts. There is a separate script which takes your CC# and generates a key. The key is stored in a file and used by the actual DRM-stripping script. You only use the keygen script once per CC #.

When using the Calibre plugin, either use a pre-generated key file (as above) or add your CC# to the plugin's preferences. In the latter case, your CC# is stored in plain text - which isn't good. I hope this gets fixed in a future release.
