I played with different book formats and here are the results:
epub - no "settings" menu. I am not sure if it's DRM'ed. How do I check?
fb2 - now I see the "Settings" menu.

Another thing which I can't explain: "full page update" setting now works for fb2 book, but it is ignored for epub books. What's the deal here?

@fjtorres: How do I get to "OPEN WITH" menu? Which button should I hold on which screen? I tried holding "OK" button in Library but only get context menu with "OPEN" option and some other. "OPEN WITH" is missing.

Try press-and-hold and look for an "OPEN WITH" option.
You should get a choice of reader apps.

Adobeviewer has no settings as such; it simply uses zoom factors, like most other implementations of mobile ADE. You can zoom in by clicking the 4-way control up. There are no Font or margin cntrols because Adobe believes it is up to the publisher to control how their books are displayed.

FBReader, on the other hand, does have a settings option. But it only works for DRM-free ebooks.

Details, details...
