If you move to Florida and you're real old, I think that you're allowed to run people over a certain number of people when they walk in front of you. Check before you move there though.
My car rant is with drivers that stop while
in the middle of the road to let me walk across the street.
1) I ain't THAT old.
2) I've seen a cop step into the street and get hit because he assumed that everybody could see him (the cop didn't stop to look). Lucky for both the driver and him it was a light tap and only knocked him down.
3) Last winter a guy in a wheelchair rolled in front of me, knowing I had to stop for him . The problem was that I drive a full size van while working. The guy passing me on the left couldn't see the wheelchair guy until the wheelchair guy pulled past my front end. Luckily for the wheelchair guy, he wasn't hit. But I would have gladly taken time off from work to defend the guy that almost hit the idiot in the wheelchair. His criminal stupidity should be punished. (If you think that I'm a sick SOB for that attitude, imagine if the driver swerved and hit someone else.)
