Won't work correctly at home with Netgear Rangemax router. I've got a laptop at home and a smart phone at home, and they work perfectly with the router, and without any router configuration modifications. Worked from day one, out of the box.

Can connect to router with Nook Color, excellent signal strength, WPA-PSK (TKIP) security. Says I'm connected to the Internet, but can't get to any web sites at all.

- Wireless network mode was auto, changed to b and g. Nada.
- Tied the Nook Color's MAC address to a specific IP. That helped the Nook stay connected but still can't get to any web sites.
- Tried specifying specific IP addresses for the DNS server instead of defaulting to the ISP's DNS server. Didn't help.

I'm out of ideas. Can anyone think of anything else?

Many thanks,
Mike
Sounds like you have a MAC-filter active.
