I finished Preston & Child's Dance of Death from the Pendergast series yesterday. It's the second in the Diogenes trilogy. I liked it, it's about as good as the first in the trilogy, Brimstone but I like the ending better. Brimstone had a cliffhanger, which I hate in books (especially with series when I try not to read them all in one go). This ending set up the story for the last in the trilogy but in a way I can read a couple of other books before returning to the series.

I've started with Janet Evanovich's Two for the Dough although I'm enjoying it it isn't really doing it yet for me, but I've only read chapter one so hopefully it'll improve. Next it's either The Shining by Stephen King or The Lighting Thief, first in the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series, by Rick Riordan.
