Well, I'm here again, and what I did worked for about 100 books...the rest stayed gray. I don't understand at all, I did the same thing to each one, spent hours reconverting it, clicking the same box, removing the old and uploading the new, and only a handful worked. So, any other ideas on how to get the cover to show on the front of the books?
