Pu-erh! I'm excited, because I didn't expect to like it, and I do!
(I don't know what KIND of pu-erh or anything -- it's just a boxed loose tea I found today at my local Super H-Mart.)
Smells like dirt, a bit. I poured off the first infusion just because it seemed like I should
, and then steeped it again for about 4 minutes. And although it smells a bit like dirt, it tastes kind of smooth. I'm very surprised.
