Brilliant, thanks very much for the example Kovid, I've changed both my "Search the internet" and "Add to user category" to zip plugins.

What is your preferred distribution strategy for user created plugins like these? i.e. Where should I put these zips for others who are interested? Attached to the tickets, attached to the feature forum threads and/or somewhere else?

Perhaps a new forum thread dedicated to UI plugins that gets made sticky? I will add a thread shortly in lieu of suggested alternatives, an admin can always change it if you want otherwise...
