My opposite is in the Atlantic Ocean off the west of northern Africa, actually west of the Canary Islands. I think the closest land is the island of El Hierro, most westerly of the Canary Islands. But about 1000km/621miles west of that. I'll dig, but I'll need to practice my long-distance swimming.
