Wow, if the 950 is only $10 more (assuming that's equaling $10 U.S.), then I would without a doubt recommend you get it. The only reason in the world not to would be if one really preferred the smaller 6" screen and body to the 7", but you just said an advantage to you is the bigger screen.
You may already know, but here in the U.S. the 950 is $50-$70 more than the 650, so price is the major reason many people opt for the smaller one.
