Keeping PDF Settings

First time with my new Sony PRS-350, previously a jetBook user. I have a lot of PDF's that are custom formatted for the 5" JB and so far they seem to work well on the Sony. I want to view them in "Full Page" mode (Zoom-->Page Mode-->Full Page). However, I have found that if I exit the book and return, it will default back to "Original." Is there any way for it to save the zoom/page settings? Also, is there any way to have an individual book be saved as "landscape" while the menu and most other books are "portrait"?

Thanks!
