I suspect ignorance is the source of your hate. Instead of hating the program it might be best to learn the simple way calibre allows you the adjust the name of any book exported from calibre.

If you want a "not in calibre" solution go to another forum. This is a calibre forum so here is the calibre answer.

Calibre couldn't make this any easier. Calibre allows the user complete control of naming the file while saving to disk via the save template under Saving books to disk.
