I got a different story, CS said they could cancel the replacement order but they could not see status of the replacement via their computer system. The only way the can get status is by calling over to the fulfillment department who apparently don't answer the phone.

I called CS 8 days after they'd put in the replacement order and told them I wanted to cancel it because the unit was going back to Best Buy. The CS person said that was fine and she'd try to call the fulfillment dept., and put me on hold (she wanted to make sure the replacement unit wasn't already in the shipping stage). She came back on the line and said fulfillment was apparently experiencing high call volume and weren't answering the phone (oye). But she stated she could cancel the order no problemo, and if in fact it was shipping as we spoke, I could use the return label to ship it back.
