Schon mal folgendes probiert :

1.) Calibre convert PDF -> ePub
2.) Calibre convert same ePub -> PDF mit Profile für z.B. PRS-650/600 (6").

Ich vermute aber das je nach PDF einige Formatierungen verlorengehen.
