Issues with Android Commander and 2.5.1 Softroot.

Updated to the 2.5.1 softrooting on an old hardware 3G model and even though Commander recognizes the nook, it will not recognize any of the already installed applications as it did with 2.4.1. My guess is that there are still bugs in the ADK over USB fix. Fortunately, the update retained everything I had, but as for now, I have lost any way of working with apps.

Hopefully, there will be a 2.5.2 update, in the meantime, any input will be helpful. The rest of you, make sure you have all your apps just as you want before going to 2.5.1.
