Ahh, I see what you mean. When you said a "portable web browser", I just assumed that you meant software, like carrying around Firefox on a USB key.
This also segues into my N810 sideline, which is my way of saying that "dedicated ereader device" may be one of those areas where he doesn't know what he's talking about (or does, but was jumping on the Kindle bandwagon at the time).
