I have Kindle 3 with 3g WHOSE SERIAL NUMBER STARTS WITH B006. This means that its SIM card is from AT&T. Usually people say that they are not able with such Kindle to have free unrestricted 3G access in Europe. The European Kindle 3 have serial numbers staring with B00A and their SIM cards are from Vodafone. Nevertheless, I succeeded to have unrestricted 3G access in France for two weeks just by deregistering and then registering from France. Now I don't have again free 3G access accept for amazon store and Wikipedia. I don't understand what are really the rules for the 3G access abroad for US customers (serial B006).
