I bought a new PRS-600 cover on ebay for $8.95, carefully lifted the clip bar from the case, removed approx. 8-10 mm from the bar with scissors, cut off the extra plastic 'lumps' (that sat down inside the case) on the bar, then reglued it to the cover with gorilla glue. The 650 is a little smaller overall than the 600, but I like how it sits inside the cover with about 8-10 mm extra; it feels more protected.
