Has anyone tried using eb20?

So far all the eb20 ebooks I have found are otherwise only available in Secure Adobe. For example: Eisenhower By: Wukovits, John; Clark, General Wesley K..

I am skeptical of the following claim:

"Any computer" is obviously impossible, does this mean any Windows machine with Internet Explorer (a much less inclusive set) or something else?
