I decided to call again today after reading new comments. They are not very helpful are they? I was told call again in five days. The order is with another department and customer service can't take it over unless 20 days have passed. Then they can cancel etc.
One new piece of information. I made the statement that everything worked okay except that I had some problem with wifi. I did not specify the problem, but he responded that yes there can be problems with the wifi freezing and having turn the wireless on and off to get it working. That's exactly the issue was seeing, so I've glad to see that I will get some benefit when the new unit arrives.
