Took the PG/Manybooks file, added 24 illustrations from a very early publication (found at
http://ignisart.com/camdenhouse/gallery/index.html), and set it up to work well on the Kindle w/ 5-way nav from chapter to chapter. Has a working TOC, nice cover, and pagebreaks between chapters.
