You can download the ipsw manually from any computer then copy the file to your itunes pc. This is what I did (downloaded it at work and copied to a usb key) and then used shift-click on upgrade button and chose the firmware.
I could have went the extra step and placed in the proper folder and iTunes would see it.
Only had 1 day of using it but so far, very happy. Everything is working fine, love the multitasking and really love having folders.
