Your HTML files use frames, and are full of Javascript, and while both frames and Javascript have limited support in the MOBI format itself, neither, to the best of my knowledge, are supported on the Kindle (someone please correct me if I'm wrong about this!). I don't think it's the use of the dictionary function that's causing problems with this Mobi - I'd think it's more likely the use of Javascript and frames.
