That reminds me of when the speaker on my cell phone broke last year. I called customer service (on my grandmother's landline) to get a replacement because it was still under warranty. After the call, they robo-called my cell phone,
which they knew was not working, to get me to take a survey about my customer service experience. I did not find out about this until a few days later when I received the replacement phone in the mail and got the voicemail notification.
