Getting creative with the leftover french onion pot roast leftovers. I *think* I've got a pretty credible beef stroganoff going on... waiting on the noodles to find out. Still procrastinating on cleaning the kitchen, I'm messing it up more instead!
Also listening to the Glee Christmas album... I started with the Christmas music two days early this year.
Hopefully it's upbeat enough to motivate me to clean the kitchen, LOL.
