If it isn't a Kindle then you're going to have to work out who actually makes it and then talk to their customer services department. We can't help you here. Your images are so small and fuzzy that its impossible to see what it is. The one thing I can tell you is that considering how bright the screen is, it looks like an LCD based device and not eInk.
