Congrats as well, Paul. See, sometimes it helps to speak to a person in stead of an emailmachine-thing. Although when Amazon said to me that they would deliver only on the21 of January, that was a person too.
But not everybody has the same ' speed' over there, and I must say that at one time when I phoned, I couldn't understand one thing because of the strong accent. But all friendly. No question about that.
