Device: Sony PRS-950 (finally!)
Well, I don't have my 950 yet () but the reasons I decided on it rather than a different reader:
1. Touchscreen. Much more intuitive for me, and keeps the extraneous buttons at a minimum.
2. Not as proprietary as the Kindle.
3. Latest e-ink screen with snappy refresh rate.
4. Wireless.
