One possibility is to set up an account with what is called an international remailer. Search for them on line, and then search to see if there are discussion groups or reviews of the one you are considering. The advantage is that it gives you a US address as a shipping address, and that same address can be used if, for example, you need to exchange or return what you have purchased. It's not the cheapest way to go, but it also does not involve people having to send money or goods to strangers.
