I had made some edits to the Smashwords version (ePub) of Mighty Hammer Down....I don't know if it was done on purpose but here was the issue:

Chapter 13
Towards the end of the chapter the font and size changed and everything went to bold. So I changed everything to match the formatting of the previous chapters.

I also added a TOC to the epub. And put page breaks in-between the chapters (that's just a thing I have LOL)
