How can you behave ethically and illegally in a case like this? If it's not legally the buyer's property, it's not ethically their property either.

Tell Amazon your situation and tell them you want to do the right thing and that at the same time you don't want to lose your $120. It's better losing the $120 than always feeling like you did the wrong thing when you go to read your Kindle.
