Look on your Manage Your Kindle page - you've got 2 K4PC programs registered to your account - if one is a duplicate - unregister it on Amazon - which will leave one option in the drop-down menu when you buy books.

The K4PC program usually resides with the rest of your programs:
C:\Program Files\Amazon\Kindle For PC
