I'm sort of leaning that way too, but it might be because I've admired the Pocketbook devices in general for a while and have been thinking of getting one, whereas I was never too impressed with the Nook. Also, there is quite a price difference - the Pocketbook IQ is $150, making it almost an impulse buy. And now I've half talked myself into getting one, so I'd probably better stop before I get out of hand
