Definitely. Constructive feedback is like gold to me. I actually don't mind destructive feedback if it's genuine. Everything I have ever written is flawed. I constantly seek to make them better, but I can't always see what's wrong even if I feel it. The only thing that can cure my blindness is another perspective.
