i believe it was working for most of my 50 files, but perhaps i am mistaken.

WHAT are the paths to the images? I think you're not paying attention to WHERE the image tags are referencing.
Edited to add: Ray, I think you're making an assumption that when you upload an html file that references, as an example, "/ch2/image001," that the PATH uploads WITH the image inside of Sigil. IME, that has never been the case; simply the image uploads, so if your paths are set as img src="Ch2/imageoo1," that won't WORK. I'm sure if I'm wrong, Valloric will jump in and clarify. I hope.
Do I infer from your posts here and on DTP that you are charging for this work? This is for a client?
